Aluminum wheels with spokes

Main differences compared to standard wheels consist of the following elements:

1.Rims are made from high strength material and the joint is fixed and double special cement.

2.Nipples are aluminum with a diameter of 4 mm thread and have a seating area of 20 mm2 and thus significantly better beam transmits tractive force on the rim (standard nipples are surfaces with only 14 mm).

3.Rays are straight, head in charge is significantly enhanced, the angle of beam storage at the hub corresponds to the ideal state of the tractive force. Rays have a lower elongation than steel and better transmit power transmission from the hub to the rim.

4.Hubs are made from the body with the flags, which are deposited directly in the rays of the two corners and secured against turning a special lock and release string. The entire set of wheels, we have created so that servicing and maintenance was very easy. Hub is equipped with industrial bearings. The body of the hub shaft and the idle pinion driver as they are made of aluminum alloy strength Rm 650 MPa.
