S-DISC

Description

The S-Disc wheel is designed for gravel biking with an emphasis on performance and durability. The bike is built on an S-Disc rim, which has an internal width of 25 mm and an aerodynamic profile of 29 mm high, reminiscent of road rims, but adapted to the most demanding conditions of gravel riding. The rim is clutch with clutch insurance by spot welding. The rims are Tubeless Ready.

The rims are braided on 24 reduced black spokes (2/1.7/2 mm) front and rear, made from Swedish duplex steel.

The hubs are designed for solid axles with Centerlock brake mounts and are completely designed and manufactured in-house at REMERX. They are available in three nut variants: Shimano HG, Microspline and XD Sram. In addition, Shimano HG nuts are available with hardened steel wedges that prevent the cassette from slipping into the body of the nut.

The total weight of the set is 1850 grams, which represents a suitable compromise between low weight and sufficient strength for gravel deployment.
